Refund Policy

At Ascenders L.L.C-FZ, operating as NBC Sales Coaching ("we," "us," or "our"), our goal is to maintain transparency and fairness in our refund practices. This policy applies to purchases made on anas-daoud.com and nbcsales.io.
7-Day "Cold Feet" Guarantee
If you enroll and change your mind for any reason within 7 days of your purchase date, we will issue you a full refund. No questions asked. Simply email support@nbcsales.io within 7 days of purchase and we will process your refund within 14 business days to your original payment method.
Performance Guarantee - $100K in 100 Days
For qualifying clients only, NBC Sales offers a performance-based guarantee: if you do not reach $100,000 per month in revenue within 100 days of program commencement, you are eligible for a full refund of your program investment.
Eligibility for this guarantee is subject to the following conditions, which are confirmed on your strategy call prior to enrollment:
1 You must meet the qualifying criteria discussed and agreed upon during your onboarding call.
2 You must complete all program requirements, attend all scheduled sessions, and implement the strategies as directed.
3 You must provide documented proof of implementation and results upon requesting the refund.
4 This guarantee applies only to clients who are explicitly confirmed as qualifying participants in writing prior to purchase.
Refund requests under this guarantee must be submitted to support@nbcsales.io within 14 days of the 100-day period ending, with supporting documentation.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please submit your request in writing to:

The request must include:
1. Your full name.
2. The email address used at the time of purchase.
3. Your phone number.
4. Proof of payment or your order receipt.
Processing Refunds
Eligible refunds will be processed within 14 business days from the date of receipt. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used (e.g., the credit card used via Whop, Stripe, or Coinflow). Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
By completing a purchase, you agree to this refund policy and acknowledge that it forms part of the terms and conditions of your participation.
